7Sports Betting Rules

The eq98 sports betting section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, domestic tournaments, Football, Esports, and other sports as available. Pre-match and in-play betting are offered on eligible events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on eq98.

• Bets are only accepted via the platform interface. Verbal, email, or chat-based bet requests are not valid.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out option for that market.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet slip are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play bets are settled based on the result at the time the relevant event concludes. For Cricket, this includes Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results in rain-affected matches.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided and not completed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by eq98, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player balances.

Disputes regarding the settlement of bets must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the event result being confirmed. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

8Casino & Slots Rules

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for automated games, and by physical dealer action for live casino titles. eq98 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

• Live casino results are final once the dealer has completed the round and results have been confirmed on-screen.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round or slot spin, the relevant game round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. This applies only to incomplete rounds.
